First off, Alyssa is feeling better. She is back to eating well and has managed to keep all of her food down for the past 48 hours! Unfortunately, she got me sick and both Grandpa and Grandma Lucas sick in the process. Mark stayed healthy which was a blessing so he could take care of her while I was under the weather. Guess it's pretty contagious but I think the worst is over!
On to happier things... this morning Alyssa rolled over for the first time! I'm glad it is a Sunday when church is cancelled because otherwise it wouldn't have happened. She rolled from her tummy to her back and lucky for us, we were both watching :) I didn't get it on tape yet so I'll keep trying. Also, we ventured out in the horrible conditions for lunch at my parents. Uncle Kirt got Alyssa to really giggle for the first time. She has squealed many times, but never a real giggle like this. It's the sweetest sound!
No church tonight either so just a nice, long afternoon with a cozy fire and some naps :)

Yeah, go Alyssa! Yes at 3mos they really take off and acheive those milestones. Every day she'll surprise you with something new!
