Mother's Day

I had my first Mother's Day this year and it was a great day. Alyssa and Mark had flowers delivered to me last Wednesday and on Sunday, gave me a beautiful card and a gift certificate for a new purse/bag. I feel so blessed to have such a wonderful husband and daughter who appreciate me :)

Alyssa had her 6 month doctor visit this morning and now weighs 16lbs, 4oz (50%), and is 25 inches long (25% -- no big surprise there). She had more shots but only cried for seconds and then "thanked" the nurse with an adorable smile as she left the room.
