A stroll in Grand Haven

Last night we headed out to Grand Haven to go for a walk. Alyssa had a great time and got tons of attention from people as she waved and smiled at everyone and got excited everytime she saw a dog! (No, this does not mean we'll be getting a dog) It makes us happy and proud as parents to have complete strangers comment on what a happy and beautiful baby we have. We sure think so! :)
Now that she has one tooth, she thinks she needs to eat like a big girl. She also loves to share a big glass of icewater with me but insists that she needs to hold the glass.

On Wednesday, Kelly & Carter, Beth & Jax, and Alyssa & me headed off to Meeuwsen's pool for an afternoon of swimming. You should have seen the 3 kids all lined up next to each other in their car seats! The kids all had a wonderful time, and lucky for us moms, they all took naps at the same time so we could have a chance to chat and catch up.

Alyssa and Carter Jax was so nice and shared his toys with Alyssa. These two are about 3 weeks apart in age
