First off, we are happy to report that Baby Lucas #2 is perfectly healthy! Praise God for another healthy baby! Alyssa is thrilled to announce that she will have a baby sister!!! Our little girl was modest at first and we worried we wouldn't be able to tell the gender but then she decided to cooperate :) She weighed in at 12 ounces and measured 13.7cm crown to rump. Heartbeat was at 160bpm. We cannot be more excited and are extremely happy that Alyssa will have a little sister so close in age and hope they will be the best of friends!
We have been camping all week at the Christian Reformed Conference Grounds and will post some pictures when we get home on Saturday.

I was right too-yeh for little girls how much fun they will be. So glad to hear she is healthy as well.
