Practical

Yesterday afternoon we celebrated Christmas with the extended Schrotenboer side. I decided that since we had just celebrated Alyssa's birthday, I would be practical and just decide to spend her Christmas money from my grandparents on diapers (among other gifts). However, I received a lot of grief from my brothers because of this decision. How terrible for a one year old to not get more toys right?! Did they forget how much fun these boxes are to play with once they're empty?
