6 months

Bryce, you are now 6 months old and are becoming less of a "baby" every day! You now have 6 teeth (two on bottom and four on top). You weigh 17lbs, 2oz (40%) and are 25 inches long (2%). Let's hope you hit a growth spurt soon and add a few inches to your height! You are scooting backwards and will most likely be crawling in a month or so. You still do not like to sleep very well at night -- waking up 2-3x to eat. I think you just enjoy being alone with Mom or Dad when the house is quiet. However, we would appreciate it if you could work on sleeping through the night. You aren't eating too much cereal or fruit/veggies yet but we'll be starting more of that. Most importantly, you are by far my most smiley kid! Your whole body shakes with excitement when we walk into the room and you smile at everyone :) Love you little man!

Trying to beat the heat last week in our pool. We went from our pajamas to bathing suits at 9:30 one morning last week!

Sandy Pines had a family day a couple Saturdays ago and since Mark was still gone fishing, I decided to take the kids out there to check it out (thanks to Grandma Lucas for inviting us!) Here are the girls with their faces painted.

Alyssa's first time on a pony (she will be sure to tell you it was a big horse!) Kaylee waited in line the whole time but when it came for her turn, she decided against it. Maybe next year!
