Happy 1st Birthday!

Bryce, today you turned 1 year old! I remember laying on the table in the O.R. one year ago trying to prepare myself to remember every second of your birth and the moment you actually came into this world. I remember almost the entire experience from the start of my IV, to the first cut, to those very long and anxious moments before finally hearing the doctor say that you were finally out. Knowing this would be the last time I would go through this experience, I have constantly reminded myself throughout this year that you Bryce, will be my baby forever. Even though that's how I will continue to think of you, you have truly become a little man in the past year. You smile so easily, love to rough house with Daddy on the floor, and have really started to fight back and irritate your sisters! You are all boy...complete with the wierd tractor/truck noises that only boys seem to know how to make. At a year, you are right on track wearing 12 month clothes and still wearing size 3 diapers. You weigh exactly 20 pounds (28%) and are 28.5 inches long (8%). We love you Bryce and look forward to celebrating your birthday later this weekend!

Taking Bryce home from the hospital...

Time for a little catch up. Here is a picture of the ladies from NYE! Our friends were nice enough to come to our house since we still have the most kids :) We held a toast for the girls as the "ball" dropped at 9:30. We toasted and then sent them off to bed for the night.

While Bryce napped this week, the girls suited up and headed outside for a snowball fight.
