Alyssa turned 5 last week on November 3rd. Since we had a party already scheduled that evening for Great-Grandpa Lucas, we decided to push her celebration back a day. She had many days of celebrating with her preschool class, her K-life group, Children in Worship, and her Sunday school class. I cannot believe she is already 5! Alyssa Joy, you are already wise beyond your years and are such a great example to your sister and brother. You are protective (mostly of Bryce), joyful, and you
love, love, love to dance! You are a huge blessing in our life and we pray that you let your light shine for Jesus in everything that you do!

No problem blowing out the candles

Rockin' it out on her new Barbie guitar, while sporting her new pajamas (matching ones for her American Girl doll too) and light up slippers!

Kaylee taking a turn rockin' out while Grandpa Lucas babysits McKenna :)

On her actual birthday, we let Alyssa pick where she wanted to go for dinner. A date with just Mom and Dad while Kaylee and Bryce stayed with Aunt Kristin. She chose Logan's...because they make you stand up on your chair and everyone yells "yeehawwww" The balloon guy was there that night too which made her very happy :)

We have the opportunity to watch Avery on Wednesdays nights for a few months. Here is one of the girlies in their band.
Some catching up from Halloween. I really dislike this holiday but I do remember how much fun it was for me as a kid. Alyssa was a ballerina and Kaylee a princess.
My little elephant on the run!
Bryce fell asleep in the car picking up Alyssa from school on Monday so I put him on the couch when we got home. He got down from the couch, laid on the floor, and promptly went back to sleep! And today...no nap at all!
