39 week Update

Went to the doctor yesterday for my check up. Everything is still looking good and the doctor says I'm a textbook pregnancy. I am now 2cm dialated and about 65% effaced and he seemed very happy with my progress. I can definately tell that baby Lucas is dropping as I'm experiencing more and more pressure and discomfort (all worth it though!) I'm pretty sure I won't go early (unless I fall into that 20% of women whose water breaks!) I think I'll miss having my baby girl inside of me, but I'm more excited to be holding her in our arms. I cannot believe in about a week, there will be 3 of us and we'll have our little family! Mark and I can't wait!
