Pig Roast
This year we had our 3rd "annual" pig roast at the Alferink's house. The boys started the 175 pound pig at around 8:00am and had fun tending to it all day long. The weather was beautiful and when it got dark, we enjoyed a nice fire (two actually but the other one looked a little dangerous for awhile)
