These two are still getting used to each other. Alyssa will occasionally offer Kaylee her paci or her blanket to help calm her down. She is also learning the word "gentle." She loves to give Kaylee kisses and poke at her eyes :)

We came home from the hospital on New Year's Eve in the afternoon. We were anxious to get home and be together for the first time as a family. Alyssa did wonderful and slept downstairs in the new crib the very first night without any problems and Kaylee took over the nursery. The adjustment is going well other than the usual mixing up of days and nights. Kaylee had a doctor's appointment this morning and weighed in at 6lbs, 15.5 ounces so she is gaining weight back and eating great! Thanks to everyone for helping out with Alyssa over the week! We really appreciate it :)
